About Me

My journey in arts-targeted design began in high school while studying the trumpet and becoming very involved in the marching band. The intertwining of music and visual design that comprised the band's competitive halftime shows completely intrigued me. I soon became a huge fan of competitive drum and bugle corps and eventually started working as a trumpet section coach, marching instructor, show designer, and assistant band director for a few schools in Southern California.

In the current millenium, I've worked as a professional deejay and cultural event producer in the greater Los Angeles area. Years of experience promoting events necessitated learning to create show posters and club flyers for those events. The more assets that I created, the more I began to love the process of designing work related to music and the other arts. Gradually, my work got noticed more and more by other promoters and arts presenters, and for the last 12+ years, I've been able to do what I love--mixing music and graphic design.
