Stop-Motion Animation

This is a stop-motion animation video created during a Content Creation intro course. Students followed the timeless frame-by-frame photography techniques, though in this digital age, we utilized Adobe Premiere Pro to stitch the individual photos together into picture that moves.

The project was also another great opportunity to create new and fun promotional assets for my musical brand 'Marina Soul Club.' As with Student Project 2, the music of that late 1970s to early 1980s soulful pop music provided the inspiration. Since some of that music is cheekily referred to as 'yacht rock,' I created this short animation as a tribute to smooth soulful music and California beach culture.
